Dill Herb Inclusions

“Growing up, my mother had a bread-maker. Her favorite loaf to make in it was dill herb, so I knew I had to figure out how to make that with sourdough.”

Once I became proficient at making a loaf of sourdough, I knew I had to create a recipe for my mother's favorite dill herb bread. I pulled out her old cookbook to see what herbs were in it. Then I scaled them accordingly for the amount of flour in a typical loaf of sourdough. When she came to visit, I gifted her a loaf of sourdough and it was dill herb! She loved it!
